Final date for all 5 pictures to be submitted is Wednesday, the 29th of Febraury - though extensions may be granted depending on circumstances.

Events:

DAY 1:

Arrival/Picking of the Spavians (The first image - current owners will draw their horse and rider teams arriving at SPaVES. Those either leasing a Spavian for the event or looking to buy one of the 6 Spavians are to draw their rider meeting/picking their horse for the first time.)


DAY 2:

Ride the wilds (A full-day trail ride around the SPaVES wilderlands. Participants must draw their horse and rider team/s out on the trails, enjoying the day. Keep in mind that it is quite cold, though - be sure to bundle up warm! And be creative!)


DAY 3:

Training day (A day of training for participants - during this day, everyone will take part in training activities carried out by SPaVES staff. Those interested in jumping will take part in such activities with Arlada Grenley. Those that prefer dressage and Haute Ecole will take part in training exercises with the head trainer, Linus De'Vier.)


DAY 4:

Competition day (All participants will be bundled off to the New Years Show, where they are to take part in the class of whatever they trained for the day before/whatever discipline the Spavian is trained in. The 6 riders looking to purchase their horses are encouraged to enter the in-hand event TOO, as doing so will boost their horse's cp.
Please remember that the competition is hosted by a separate stable, and as such has it's own rules. Please read over the competition rules carefully before starting your entrY!

The Last Night (The final event is a late-night bonfire party, in which all the participants will gather to eat, drink and make merry. Images of this must also be drawn.)

How To Submit Entries:

Simply comment with the entries in question, or note them to me on this account ^^
Concerning the competition entries, simply send the competition image to me in the same way - once all the entries are in, they'll all be sent to the competition host together

How To Enter:

If you already own or lease a Spavian, you need only comment on this journal with the name of your rider, your Spavian's name, and a link to your Spavian's ref.

If you wish to paticipate with one of the SPaVES horses, you can simply comment below with the name of your rider, and the horse you wish to lease for the event Taking part in this way will give you precedence in any future Spavian auctions, and will allow you first pickings the next time the Spavivent@SPaVES is held

Prizes:

Since this isn't really a competition, there aren't really any prizes as such~ However any prizes won on the competition day will be yours, and every participating Spavian will get an additional 3 cp if they are using the credit point system

A random horse will also be picked by random out of all those participating to be the Spavivent Champion - the winner of this title will gain an additional 2cp, 20 and will get a headshot drawn with the champion's wreath
