Sorry for the DN spam, everyone =_____= They're just addictive to design. However after this i'm not making any new ones for myself, promise xD I have one coming in from the ever lovely *iluvwrath, but then i'm done XD;;;
Anywho, hope this boy can get approved <3 He's abit more patterned than most Nightmares i've seen, so I hope he's still eligible

Mouth Substance: Fool's Gold nuggets and dust - he uses it to attract greedy people to him.

Dice; Tulio uses these dice to play a gambling game with his victims. He makes them put their life on the line, and then steals their souls after using his loaded dice to win the game.
Teal Orb; This orb lowers the inhibitions of people, and makes them confused and dizzy - more susceptible to his machinations.
Skull; This orb doesn't seem to do much but float around. Tulio treats it like his long dead brother, often speaking to the skull and apparently listening to what the skull 'says'. As far as most people know, it doesn't have any magic, but it is said that staring into the empty eye sockets for too long will drive you insane.
Feathers: Gold coins and dubloons. The jingle and clink as he walks.
