<sub>It had been a pleasant day; the weather was mild, the horses were behaving and a warm blanket of contentment had settled over SPaVES.

Therefore, it was completely unexpected to hear the screech of angry stallions ring out across the grounds.

What with their similar properties, nobody had ever suspected that friction would arise between the Dusana stallion Icarus and the newer resident of the stable, Oberon. However this was clearly a misjudgement on the part of the handlers, as the two stallions had been in their respective paddocks for no less than 5 minutes before they started trumpeting loudly, pinning their ears and pawing the ground angrily.

Perhaps no more would have come of the dramatic posturing, had it not been for the slip-up of one of the newer stablehands. What with the unlocked gate separating the two horses, it was only too easy for the large black stallion to charge into his neighbour's paddock, all sharp teeth and flailing hooves.

Within seconds, the two stallions were flying at each other angrily, becoming mere blurs of brown and black s they sought to cause each other as much damage as possible. Jason and Elaina were called immediately, however the two handlers could do nothing more than stand a safe distance away and watch worriedly, their respective calls falling on deaf ears.

The two stallions finally stopped what seemed like an age later, both standing a decent distance apart, breathing heavily and glaring daggers at each other.

Needless to say, everyone now knows never to allow the two within a certain distance of each other.</sub>

Little piccy to show some happenings at SPaVES

I must admit, I always thought these two would react strongly to each other; their personalities are both headstrong and it seems fitting that they'd clash against each other.

Hopefully it didn't cause any real harm tho o.o
